This semester I'm following two students in my Social Studies 11 class. JC and VF are both First Nations students and work with our Learning Centre. JC has taken options to show his knowledge in different ways on tests since he struggles with writing. Both are attending class but not participating much in discussions. Both students have joined the rugby team at the school which has given them some confidence. However, academic confidence is still not high.
